These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the CLARITO website at tryclarito.com and to every purchase made through it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Who we are

CLARITO sells reusable resin-tip ear cleaning sticks to customers in the United States. You can reach us at info@tryclarito.com or through our Contact page.

Orders and payment

Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there is an error in a price or description. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

Prices and offers

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. Bundle offers apply to the packs shown on the product page and cannot be combined with other discount codes unless we say otherwise. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.

Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, described in our Return Policy.

Product use and safety

CLARITO is a personal care product for the outer ear. Please read and follow our Product Use and Safety page before using it. CLARITO is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. If you have ear pain, an ear infection, a perforated eardrum, ear tubes, recent ear surgery or any concern about your hearing, see a doctor.

Reviews and content you send us

If you send us a review, a photo or a message, you allow us to use it on our website and in our marketing, shown with your first name and the initial of your last name, unless you ask us not to. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unrelated to the product.

Intellectual property

The CLARITO name, logo, website, photos, videos and text belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with how it works, or try to access it in ways other than through the pages we provide. The website and its content are provided as they are. We work to keep them accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that they are free of errors or always online.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumer protection laws give you and that cannot be excluded.
