How does the Ear Washer work?
Fill the clean side with warm water and wait for the green light. The cup seals around your ear, the soft tip rests at the opening, and a gentle stream rinses the ear. Nothing is pushed in. Used water drains into the other side of the tank, so no basin is needed.
How does the 30-day guarantee work?
Use the Ear Washer at home for up to 30 days. If you are not happy with it, email info@tryclarito.com and we will refund you in full.
Will it work on hard, stubborn wax?
Warm water works on softened wax. For hard wax, use a few softening drops from a pharmacy first, and follow their label. Expect more than one fill. If nothing has shifted after two tries, let a professional take a look.
Which pack should I choose?
One washer is all you need to start, and spare soft silicone tips come in the box. Two gives you one each, or one for a parent. Three covers home and gifts. Every pack ships free.
Who should not use it?
It is for adults with ear wax build-up. Do not use it with a perforated eardrum, ear tubes, past ear surgery, ear pain, discharge or infection. Use body-temperature water and stop if you feel pain or dizziness. The full list is in the FAQ below.
Still Clearing Ear Wax the Old Way?
Ear wax is normal, and most ears look after themselves. Build-up is more common after 55, and with hearing aids, earplugs or earbuds. The usual methods don't make it easy.
Cotton swabs tend to push wax deeper.
The bulb-and-bowl routine takes two hands, a basin on the shoulder and a towel for the neck.
Guessing the water temperature matters more than it sounds. Too cold or too hot can cause dizziness.
A warm rinse shouldn't need a basin or a guess.
The real issue? It is not the warm water. It is the tools.
A bulb cannot catch its own water, and it cannot tell you how warm that water is.
But Here's The Good News...
Rinsing with warm water is one of the standard ways ear wax is cleared, and it can be done at home.
The CLARITO Ear Washer adds what the old way lacked.
It catches its own water, so no basin is needed...
It shows you when the water is the right temperature...
And still, nothing hard goes in your ear. Warm water does the work.

The problem
A cotton swab tends to push wax deeper. A swab can pick up a little wax, but it often pushes the rest further down the ear canal, where it is harder to reach.
The CLARITO way
Warm water loosens it and carries it out. The cup seals around your ear and the soft tip rests at the opening. Nothing is pushed in. The used water runs down into its own side of the tank.
- 1. Seal The cup seals around your ear
- 2. Rinse Warm water loosens the wax
- 3. Drain Used water collects in the tank
Illustration. For adults with ear wax build-up. Do not use with a perforated eardrum, ear tubes, past ear surgery, ear pain, discharge or infection. Use body-temperature water. Stop if you feel pain or dizziness.
A Warm Rinse, Without the Guesswork
Six things the CLARITO Ear Washer does differently, and the plain reason for each.
No Basin Needed
The soft cup seals around your ear, and the used water drains into the other side of the two-sided tank. No bowl on your shoulder and no bending over the sink. It stays tidy once you find your angle. First time, keep a towel handy.
Know the Water Is Right
Water that is cooler or warmer than your body can make you briefly dizzy. The light shows blue for too cold, red for too hot, and green when it is ready. It only shows the temperature. It does not heat the water. If it is blue, add warmer water. If it is red, add a little cold. Wait for green before you rinse.
Nothing Hard in Your Ear
The soft silicone tip rests at the opening of your ear. Nothing is pushed in. Warm water does the work.
Easy to Use on Yourself
You fill and lock it with two hands, then rinse with one. Sit down, rest your elbow on a table and rinse in short bursts. It feels strange for a few seconds, then like warm water. That is normal.
Four Modes, Start on Soft
Soft, Normal, Strong and Pulse. Press the button to switch modes. Always start on Soft and only move up if it feels comfortable. Pressure is normal, pain is not.
Rinses Clean Under the Tap
Twist it apart, pour both sides of the tank into the sink and rinse it under the tap with the charging flap closed. It recharges by USB-C, and spare soft silicone tips come in the box.
CLARITO Is Unlike Any Bulb Syringe
A bulb syringe leaves you to guess the temperature, squeeze by feel and catch the water in a basin. The CLARITO Ear Washer seals around your ear, shows you when the water is ready and collects the used water in its own side of the tank.
You will find similar-looking washers for less. What you get here: clear instructions, a real 30-day guarantee, and someone who answers.
A warm rinse, without the bulb, the bowl or the guess.
Fill. Rinse. Empty.
For stubborn wax, soften first with a few drops. Then it's three simple steps. Please read who should not use it in the FAQ first.
Step 01
Twist the washer apart and fill the clean side with warm tap water. The tube goes in the clean side. Twist gently until it locks, switch on and wait for green. Blue means add warmer water. Red means add a little cold.
Step 02
Hold the washer with the tank end pointing down. Seal the cup around your ear first and tilt your head toward it. Start on Soft and rinse in short bursts. Stop if anything hurts or you feel dizzy. When you stop the water, keep the cup on for a few seconds so it drains.
Step 03
Tilt your ear onto a towel and dry the outer ear. Then twist the washer apart, pour the tank into the sink and rinse it under the tap with the charging flap closed.
What to Expect
No promises about results. Here is what to expect, step by step.
-
Before Soften First
Hard wax needs a head start. A few softening drops from a pharmacy, used as the label says, give the warm water something to work with.
-
First use Strange at First, Then Easy
The first few seconds feel strange. That is normal. Sit down, start on Soft and keep a towel handy. You may see a little come out, a lot, or nothing yet.
-
Right after Drain and Dry
Tilt your ear onto a towel and dry the outer ear. If your ear stays muffled or it hurts, see a doctor.
-
Day 2-3 A Second Session
Hard wax often needs more than one fill, sometimes on a second day. If you kept softening, a second session gives stubborn wax another chance to move.
-
Week 1 Two Tries, Then Ask
If wax has not shifted after two tries, stop and let a professional take a look. That is the right call, not a failure.
-
After that Only When You Need It
Use it when wax builds up again, not as a daily habit. Over-cleaning can make things worse. For regular light upkeep of the outer ear, the CLARITO ear cleaning stick does the job.
Warm Water. Green Light. No Basin.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who should not use it?
It is for adults who get ear wax build-up. Please skip it and see a doctor instead if you have, or have ever had, a hole in your eardrum, ear tubes (grommets) or ear surgery, or if you have ear pain, discharge, bleeding, a current ear infection, sudden hearing loss, or hearing in only one ear.
If you have diabetes, a weakened immune system, eczema in the ear canal, or take blood thinners, check with your doctor first. Not for children.
Will it make me dizzy?
Water that is cooler or warmer than your body can make you briefly dizzy. That is why the light is there. It only shows the temperature and does not heat the water, so fill it comfortably warm and wait for green. If the light is blue, add warmer water. If it is red, add a little cold. According to the manufacturer: blue under 95°F, green 95 to 102°F, red over 102°F.
Sit down the first time, and stop if you feel dizzy.
Does it hurt? What does it feel like?
It should not hurt. The first few seconds feel strange, and that is normal. After that it feels like what it is: a gentle stream of warm water. Start on Soft. A feeling of pressure is normal, pain is not. Stop if it hurts.
Will it work on hard, stubborn wax?
Warm water works on softened wax. It is gentle on purpose and works by repeated warm rinses, not force. For hard wax, use a few drops first. Softening drops from a pharmacy make the rinse work better. Follow their label.
Expect more than one fill, sometimes on a second day, so keep a jug of warm water beside you. If wax has not shifted after two tries, let a professional take a look.
Will water get everywhere?
No basin needed, but there is a knack to it. Hold the washer with the tank end pointing down, so the used water can run into the tank. Then three rules: seal the cup around your ear before you start the water, tilt your head toward that ear, and keep the cup on for a few seconds after you stop so it drains. It stays tidy once you find your angle. First time, sit down and keep a towel on your shoulder.
Will water stay in my ear afterwards?
A little can. Tilt your ear down onto a towel, gently tug the earlobe and dry the outer ear. If your ear stays muffled or it hurts, see a doctor.
Can I use it with hearing aids?
Yes, with the aids out. Build-up is more common with hearing aids. Take them out first, and make sure your ears are fully dry before you put them back in.
How often should I use it?
There is no set schedule. Use it when wax builds up, not as a daily habit. Over-cleaning can make things worse. For regular light upkeep of the outer ear between rinses, the CLARITO ear cleaning stick is the better tool. The washer is for build-up.
How do I fill, empty and clean it?
Rinse the tank once before first use. Twist the washer apart at the ring. Fill the clean side of the tank with plain warm tap water, nothing else. The tube goes in the clean side. Twist gently until it locks, then switch it on and wait for green. If the light is blue, add warmer water. If it is red, add a little cold. Then press the button to pick a mode, and start on Soft.
When you are done, twist it apart, pour both sides into the sink and rinse it under the tap. It is rated IPX7 by the manufacturer. Close the charging flap fully before any water, and let everything air dry.
What about charging, delivery and returns?
It recharges by USB-C. Close the rubber flap after charging, and top it up every few weeks if you do not use it often.
Every pack ships free, and we email your tracking number when it is on its way. You have 30 days from delivery to try it. If it is not for you, or something is wrong with your washer, email info@tryclarito.com and we will sort it out.
