How to ask for a refund
Email us at info@tryclarito.com or send us a message through our Contact page, with your order number and the email address you used at checkout. That's it.
When you get your money back
Once we confirm your request, we refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it on your statement.
Good to know
- The guarantee covers orders placed on this website. If you bought CLARITO somewhere else, please contact the store you bought it from.
- Your request needs to reach us within 30 days of delivery. We go by the delivery date shown by the carrier.
- Bundle offers are refunded as one order: you get back what you paid for the whole bundle.
- If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
- To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If it has not shipped yet, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
