Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every bundle. The Buy 1, Get 1 Free pack and the Buy 3, Get 2 Free pack ship free to every country we ship to.

Standard shipping is also free on every Subscribe & Save delivery, including a single box, for as long as your subscription is active.

A one-time order of a single box has a flat standard shipping fee: $5.00 USD in the United States, CA$6.99 in Canada, and the equivalent of $5.00 USD in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, shown in your own currency at checkout. Canadian customers can also choose Express delivery for CA$20.

Processing and tracking

Orders are processed in the order they are received. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Delivery

Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier. Your tracking link always shows the latest estimate for your package.

Taxes and duties

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies. For orders outside the United States, any import duties or local taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost, late or damaged packages

If your tracking stops updating, your package arrives damaged, or it never arrives, contact us and we will send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Address changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. If your order has not shipped yet, we can update the address or cancel the order and refund you in full. Subscriptions can be paused, skipped or cancelled at any time. See our Subscription Terms.
