Subscribe & Save terms
How it works
When you choose Subscribe & Save, you pay the subscription price shown for your pack today. The same pack is then sent to you again, and the payment method you used is charged the same subscription price, on the delivery schedule shown when you ordered (for example every 4 or every 8 weeks), until you cancel.
Price and shipping
The subscription price and the delivery schedule are shown next to the Add to cart button before you order, and again at checkout. Standard shipping is free on every subscription delivery. If a price ever changes, we email you before your next delivery so you can cancel first.
Pause, skip or cancel anytime
There is no minimum number of deliveries and no cancellation fee. You can pause, skip a delivery or cancel at any time using the manage-subscription link in your order emails, from your customer account, or by emailing info@tryclarito.com. Cancel before your next billing date and you will not be charged again.
Payment
By subscribing you authorise CLARITO to charge the payment method used at checkout for each delivery on your schedule. If a payment fails we let you know by email and may retry it. If it cannot be collected, that delivery is skipped or the subscription is paused.
30-day guarantee
Every delivery is covered by the same 30-day money-back guarantee as a one-time order. If you are not happy with a delivery, email us and we will refund it in full.
